With the ability to test 10 different water parameters, AccuBlue Home will send your test results straight to your smartphone and let you reorder supplies and have them shipped directly to your doorstep.

  • Once you sign up for the AccuBlue Home Program, your membership will continue until you cancel it.
  • You may cancel your membership to the AccuBlue Home Program at any time in the following ways:
    1. Online at www.lesliespool.com by logging into your Leslie’s Pool Perks account, going to “Manage Subscriptions,” and clicking the “End” button on the subscription order for AccuBlue Home. Select “yes” to initiate your membership cancellation process. You will receive email instructions outlining ways in which you can return the AccuBlue Home® Device to Leslie’s to complete your cancellation process.
    2. Over email by sending an email to accubluehome@lesliespool.com with a subject reading “Cancellation Request.” In the body of the email, please indicate the email address associated with your AccuBlue Home Membership. We initiate your membership cancellation process and send you instructions outlining ways in which you can return the AccuBlue Home® Device to Leslie’s to complete your cancellation process.
    3. By calling the dedicated AccuBlue Home® customer support team at 1-866-249-6721.
  • You will be charged $50.00 USD each month for your membership to the AccuBlue Home Program.
  • You may temporarily suspend your membership to the AccuBlue Home Program at any time for a period not to exceed four (4) months in any twelve (12) month period. During the suspension period you may not use or access the AccuBlue Home Program and you will not be charged the $50.00 USD monthly membership fee. You will not be entitled to any refund for any monthly payment already made.
  • The $50.00 USD monthly membership fee for the AccuBlue Home Program may be changed by Leslie’s at any time, provided that Leslie’s will provide you at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to such change.
  • Your membership to the AccuBlue Home Program commences on the day your AccuBlue Home Device is shipped to you and continues on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership to the AccuBlue Home Program
  • The minimum purchase required to sign up for the AccuBlue Home Program is $50.00 USD.

The optical system of the AccuBlue Home device must be kept clean and dry for optimal performance. Never fill the test disk inside the test chamber, and be sure to dry it with a lint-free cloth before placing it inside the device. Do not allow water to enter the test chamber or other parts of the device. Clean the exterior with a damp, lint-free cloth. To clean the test chamber and optic lenses, use a can of compressed air. Blow the air into the test chamber, lid, and the bottom of the chamber, making sure to get around the LEDs and photodiodes. Use a cotton swab dampened with window cleaner to gently swab the LEDs and photodiode lenses. Do not use alcohol; it will leave a thin residue over the optics when dry.

For best results, store the device in an area that is dry and free from strong chemical vapors. Always store disks in a dry space at room temperature, and keep them in the bag that is provided. Disks must not be stored in the light. Test disks cannot be reused, but they can be recycled in many areas. Check with the local authorities since some states may require that no chemical residue remain on the plastic or may not be able to accept plastic waste with stainless steel mixing beads.





If you cancel your AccuBlue Home membership, you will need to return the AccuBlue Home testing device to Leslie’s. In order to do so, you must first send us a message to cancel your membership. There are three ways to do this:

  1. Online at www.lesliespool.com by logging into your Leslie’s Pool Perks account, going to “Manage Subscriptions,” and clicking the “End” button on the subscription order for AccuBlue Home. Select “yes” to initiate your membership cancellation process. You will receive email instructions outlining ways in which you can return the AccuBlue Home™ Device to Leslie’s to complete your cancellation process.
  2. Over email by sending an email to accubluehome@lesliespool.com with a subject reading “Cancellation Request.” In the body of the email, please indicate the email address associated with your AccuBlue Home Membership. Once your membership has been cancelled you will receive a return label via email. Simply return your AccuBlue Home device to any FedEx store with the provided shipping label.

What other supplies do I need for my AccuBlue Home device?
Everything you need to test your pool water and generate comprehensive prescriptions and treatment plans is included with your AccuBlue Home device. With your device, you will receive five AccuBlue test disks and all the accessories needed to fill your test disks and operate your device. Additional testing disks are available online exclusively for active AccuBlue Home members at lesliespool.com.

How do I clean my syringe between tests?
Syringes should be cleaned between water samples. Pump air in and out of the syringe a few times to clear the previous sample, or rinse the syringe with a small amount of the next water sample before filling it with the next sample.

When do my AccuBlue Home Membership credits expire?
The AccuBlue membership credits will expire 365 days after being issued.

How will I get my ABH Membership Credits?
You will receive a $50 AccuBlue Home membership credit card every month when your active membership fee is charged. The AccuBlue Home membership credit card, along with a PIN code, will be delivered to your email inbox. For convenience, you can save the AccuBlue Home membership credit card to your phone or print it online at lesliespool.com, in the Leslie’s mobile app, or in your local Leslie’s store.

What can I buy with my AccuBlue Home membership credits?
You can use the credits for any product Leslie’s sells on lesliespool.com, in the Leslie’s mobile app, or in your local Leslie’s store. However, you cannot apply AccuBlue membership credits toward your AccuBlue Home membership fees. Just provide the card number and your PIN to be able to use your membership credits.

What should I do if I have problems with my Accublue Home device?
If you have any problems with your Leslie’s AccuBlue Home device, please contact Leslie’s dedicated AccuBlue Home customer service team by emailing accubluehome@lesliespool.com.

Can I use AccuBlue Home to test my spa water?
Yes, the AccuBlue Home test device can be used to perform a water test on any pool, hot tub or spa. Within the Leslie’s app you can create as many pool profiles as you would like for each pool and/or spa. Just select the appropriate pool profile before running your AccuBlue Home test to ensure the treatment plan is customized for the pool or spa you’re testing. When switching from one pool or spa to another, please remember to select the appropriate sanitizer type in the mobile app before running your test.

Where do I buy additional disks?
You can purchase these test disks in packs of 5 for $6.99. There are two ways to purchase:

  • Buy online at lesliespool.com
  • Click the “shop” tab in your Leslie’s app and type “5 pack of disks” into the search bar
You can use your $50 monthly credits to purchase additional test disks. Be sure you are logged into your Leslie’s Pool Perks account or you will not be able to purchase disks.

Can I skip a month?
Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to four months, or skip a single month during any 12-month period without having to return your AccuBlue Home device to Leslie’s. You can pause your membership by logging into your Leslie’s account at lesliespool.com. To pause your membership for more than one month, log in to your Leslie’s Pool Perks account, go to “Manage Subscriptions,” and click the “Pause” button on the AccuBlue Home membership order. To skip your membership for only one month, login to your Leslie’s Pool Perks account, go to “Manage Subscriptions,” and click “See Upcoming Orders.” You can then click “Skip” next to the month you’d like to skip. You will receive an email confirmation once your membership is successfully skipped or paused.

Can I return products purchased using my AccuBlue Home Credits?
If you would like to return a product that was originally purchased with your AccuBlue Home membership credits, your refund will be provided in the form of a merchandise credit that can be used online at lesliespool.com, in the Leslie’s mobile app, or at your local Leslie’s store. Just return the product to your local Leslie’s store or you can return it via FedEx by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form online at lesliespool.com/return-policy.html. Just complete the RMA form and a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you. Drop the merchandise off at any FedEx location with the RMA form in the box. After we receive the returned product we will credit your account. Please note that products being returned must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition and chemical returns must be in their original, unopened packaging with no visible damage. Digital pool water testers are the most accurate and reliable way to test pool water when compared to other water testing methods such as test strips or liquid test kits. Digital pool water testers, like AccuBlue Home, can test for more water parameters that test strips and test kits cannot.

Is digital water testing accurate?
Digital water testing is an incredibly accurate way to test swimming pool water. Digital water testing provides more comprehensive and accurate results than pool test strips, eliminating the guesswork of trying to compare results based on color-matching which is open to human error.
